Request for Change Process

Hello - were looking to establish a request for change (RFC) process that would be in addition to our change process.

While we have not determined tools at this point, ideally we would like to leverage Service Now for the RFC process.

We currently use SNOW Demand and Stories for agile development of our Service Now system only so it's not leveraged for other systems work.

Scope for our intended RFC process would be requests for many different kinds of work involving IT.  

I would be interested in hearing what other companies are doing in this space.

Hi, it sounds that you perhaps should explore either using the change module or the service catalog module. If your RFC is to review existing documentation supporting x, y, z process out there published, perhaps you can leverage the knowledge management module as well.
