Flow deisgner execution showing error even when i've secuirty admin acccess

Hi Experts, 

i'm trying to access execution of the flow i created and i'm not able to see it, i've admin access and flow execution reporting is ON. 

i'm getting error : 

"Exception while executing request: User doesn't have permission to view the report"

Please check screenshot. 

kindly help with your insights , how can i resolve this issue.
