Hello,
I am stuck over "robots License Distribution". I am going through the nowlearning RPA course and created unattended robot but unfortunately I have created 1 robots License Distribution for unattended license and it got auto attach to robot profile and now I got stuck here and not able to connect to Windows Unattended Robot app to ServiceNow instances because it is also asking for license, also not able to update robots License Distribution for unattended.
Could you please help me on the issue? as I couldn't find any solution in documentation to update it?
Also how much license we should create in an instances as if it does not modifiable?

Hi Praveen,
PDI comes with only 1 license by default, and whenever you create a robot profile, it is auto-allocated to it, and you cannot modify it since the license is managed by ServiceNow.
If you are working in a partner company and have access to any demo ServiceNow instance, you can request access, as it comes with a minimum of 5 licenses for both attended and unattended

Hi @Vinay70
in case your issue appears in any instance provided by the NowLearning course (not clear from your post) you should create a support case in the NowLearning Portal.

Thanks for the reply maik.
I'm working on domain separated Instance and even after creating License in global domain I'm getting this error and not able to update it.
As per documentation once this record is created, it can be editable but cannot be deleted, but I can not be able to update in my case.
In my case, I have created one Robot License Distribution for an unattended license in global domain. However, I'm unable to modify or delete it, and it is already attached to a robot. also when I try to log in to the Unattended Robot Windows App to access the same bot, it asks for a extra license. Despite retiring the ServiceNow robot and attempting to modify the licenses, I still encounter the same error (as shown in the earlier snapshot).
