In the 2023 May Store Release, we've made some exciting updates to our Integration Hub spoke catalog, including an all-new Generative AI Controller with support for OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, as well as key enhancements to widely used spokes such as Azure Active Directory, Adobe Workfront, SAP Concur, and more. We're excited to announce the v1 release of the Generative AI Controller, enabling you to natively integrate Generative AI APIs to the ServiceNow Platform. With the Generative AI Controller, you can quickly identify action items with information summaries within your workflow items such as Customer Cases and Incidents, as well as experiment with generic prompts to develop custom, compelling use cases for ServiceNow workflows.
The controller leverages the Integration Hub spokes model, and currently supports integration to OpenAI and Azure OpenAI. As part of the Generative AI Controller, you can access the following actions: Summarization, Content generation, QnA (Now Assist for Search), and Generic Prompt. Now Assist for Search will be one of the first ServiceNow applications leveraging the capabilities of the Generative AI Controller.

Supports newer design pattern with updated actions. Added new action “Revoke User SignIn Sessions” for admins to manage user sign-out from all devices when they use any one of the device that they are logged into.

Added action “Look up User IDs Stream action” to fetch user ID when user emails are sent and modified action “Create User Online Meeting action” to return joining information.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Spoke v1.3 (CSM)

Google Drive Spoke v1.4 (CSM)
Added 4 new actions: Look up File Revisions Stream, Delete File Revision, Look up File, Copy File Revision as Attachment to manage file revisions on Google Drive.
SAP Concur Spoke v2.0 (CSM)
Added 4 actions to address both ESG and EXP use cases
SAP ECC RFC Spoke v2.0 (CSM)
Added and enhanced 11 actions to address PSM use cases
Monday.com Spoke v1.1 (SAM)
Added 40+ actions that align with the core business functions of this system
Adobe Sign Spoke v2.3 (POM, SLM, CSM, PSM)
“Send Agreement” action was deprecated and a new equivalent action was created that takes in multiple documents instead of a single document that the older action supported.
Employee Workflows
DocuSign Spoke v2.6 (HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM)
Added support for handling incoming events where the envelope signing was cancelled.

The spokes indicated above are now included in ServiceNow workflow products and can be deployed in production at no extra cost within your organization’s Integration Hub free transaction entitlement.
