Hello @arjen_pront

I am working through the #RPA Essentials course and I'm stuck at a specific place in the "Deploy and Manage Robots using RPA Hub" module. Lesson 2 requires a connection to the Runtime Engine. I have followed the instructions but keep getting the "Access denied" prompt. See screenshot. Any guidance to troubleshoot this will be appreciated, I have burned through a couple of instances and running out. Thanks

Hi @aok7

The issue may be that there are several versions of this course, and you may be enrolled in one of the older ones.

If the screenshot below looks slightly different to what you're seeing, perhaps enroll in the Yokohama version of the course, and see if that helps:

@Simon Hendery Thanks for the guidance. I was indeed using an old version, however I'm still seeing the same issue. I also can't create a robot with the new Yokohama instance because of a license distribution record issue. Did you encounter this by any chance?

Please follow this link to create a License Distribution Record https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-integrate-applications/page/product/rpa-hub/task/cre...

Hi @Suresh9 ,

Thanks for the recommendation. I had tried that multiple times before reaching out on here and it doesn't work. Not sure if it was meant to work for the lab instance and PDIs.
