Configuring Multiple Robots with the Same VM in ServiceNow RPA

Hey Community,

 

I'm new to SNOW RPA and came across a scenario while doing some configurations.

Is it possible to add two robots with the same Virtual Machine details in the same bot process in SNOW RPA?

 

Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated!

No, it is not possible to create two robots with the same Virtual Machine details in service now RPA 

Actually, the requirement I'm working on is related to automating helpdesk, in which I have to trigger an RPA bot from virtual agent bot user input. So the thing here is that there are multiple helpdesk requests that can come at the same time. In that case, what to do is I'm trying to figure out.

One of the challenges is also returning the correct output to the correct user who asks for that inquiry.

So could you please help me here on how to handle multiple helpdesk requests at the same time and return the correct response?
