We are facing issues setting up SMTP using RPA SDesign tudio. For example we want to use outbound smtp using no user id or password but those are mandatory fields. Moreover why imap server is required? I have seen some of other RPA products like UiPath they can use the smtp with no such requirements. There are also issues asking for a certificate to be installed and the documentation is not clear on where and what type of certificates. Seems like we are lost with the smtp option. Anyone has any experience using the SMTP successffully?
