Create a flow - Yokohama activity 2 step 10

I am trying to do step 10 on activity 2 which is part of create a flow- Yokohoma.

This is to add step 10 to the social media response Approvals workflow.However, I can't do the following:

"Drag the Approval State data pill that corresponds with ‘9 - Ask for Approval’ Action to the Condition 1 field." It is greyed out. Thanks, Aniket

Please provide a little more detail. The last time it happened to me with grayed out -  I refreshed my browser, and it resolve the the issue.

I will try that. First I have a problem getting past step 2. Heres that ticket:
