Figma MCP Server not appearing in Build Agent

To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I am having the most difficult time setting up the connection between my ServiceNow instance and the Figma MCP Server.

-ServiceNow has whitelisted my instance with my Figma Dev App (using the client ID)

-In the Figma app, MCP is enabled

-In ServiceNow the MCP server was added as a WDF

-The AI asset was approved inside the AI Control Tower

-I personally authenticated the Integration

-I enabled MCP in Build Agent

However, even with all of that, the Figma MCP does not appear for me in Build Agent.

I have identified that not Figma tools have been returned in my instance. Perhaps this is a red flag and can help identify the issue?
