flow designer is running by inactive user ,who created flow designer and throwing error

@srinu8 - As suggested by others run as should be changed on Flow and if any subflow is created in or any custom action is created which is used in same flow.

@srinu8 After changing to system user, did you confirm if your flow is running as System or still running as old user?
Sometimes there is a possibility that the flow is corrupted and you need to create new one.
- Prefer to use run as System user or any Generic User to avoid similar issues in future.
