How to add Email column this page

What do you mean by the "email column"? Are you saying you can search for a user by their email, or is it something else? You need to add the search filter in the global search.

Thank you for your response. Yes, if I search a user's email in the global search, outgoing emails and incoming emails should be visible on the page.

That is not possible for the same, better to check in email logs only.
