How to change My List menu configuration

I want to know about where the "My List" (which is the personalized one) items stored in which table and from where all categories comes from like, created by me, Shared with me, Opened by link.Mainly i don't understand how opened by link works. 

I want to setup integration of ServiceNow instance with Apache Kafka. Please provide some help.
