Are you saying you want to search your content in sys_email table as well?

If yes then it's not a good idea as sys_email table is system table and has huge data and searching on it will cause performance issue.

Hi Atul,
Thank you for your response. Yes, when a user's email is searched in Global Search, the related incoming and outgoing emails are displayed.
