we are working and defining client need as an output when their Attestation Respondents complete a Control Attestation. Out of the box, if an attestation fails, it will mark the related control Non-Compliant and generate an issue. client wants to see if we can generate a ticket if they answer no to, for example, "Is the listed Control Owner accurate?" The ticket would then allow them to assign a task to someone to update the Control record with the correct Control Owner. They don't want to define this as an issue and capture it as an issue. Out of the box this functionality doesn't exist, so we would have to develop it. They have also decided to use Smart Assessment Engine for their attestations, which I am new to and learning more about. So my question is, can we design their Smart Assessment Engine's attestation template to output a ticket depending on the answers they provide? I know in the classic Assessment Designer it would require some level of development. I'm hoping that that development is easier in SAE, and wanted your team to take a look and see if that's true or not. Please let me know
