We’re facing an issue with a catalog item that is intended to remove groups from users. The logic is based on excluding groups from removal if their parent group matches a specific condition.
For most groups, the process works as expected. However, we’ve observed that HR-related groups are not being removed. After reviewing the configuration, we found that these groups do not meet the exclusion criteria, meaning they don’t fall under the defined parent group condition and are technically eligible for removal.
Despite that, when the flow attempts to delete these HR-related groups from the user, we encounter an error during the delete group step:
“Unknown error occurred while deleting the record.”
Curious to know if anyone has encountered a similar situation and how it was addressed.
