Open the list view of the table you're working with.

Use the Condition Builder and add your condition like this:
(provide specific condition here, if needed)

Hello @Tom Lapkowicz,
I guess that's the default behaviour of ServiceNow. I found an article similar to this. If it's not possible on list view and it won't be possible in Report list view either.
I might be wrong here. But I've put the answer to the best of my knowledge.
