Realtime copy of ServiceNow CSM data into Snowflake

We are working on an AI initiative that needs real time access to ServiceNow CSM data.   What are the proven  options for the enterprise.  Is Fivetran / Snow-mirror the top choices?  Any success with the bi-directional zero copy connector - with the outbound to snowflake the piece of bigger interest here?

Thanks

Hi @Haranathg

ServiceNow Zero Copy Connector  is part of the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric.

It allows the ServiceNow AI Platform to access data from external sources (like Snowflake, Databricks) directly without duplicating it, ensuring real-time accuracy. The connection is bi-directional.

Fivetran / Snow-mirror  ( high-reliability ETL options) is used for replicating ServiceNow data into a centralized data lake/ data warehouse when you require a dedicated, persistent copy of the data for advanced historical analytics . It is one directional.

60% of AI projects fail...not because of bad models, but because the data isn't ready. In this session, we walk through how ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric helps you unlock siloed data, connect to platforms like Snowflake and Databricks with Zero Copy Connectors, and power real-time AI Agents at

Thanks Tanushree.  Have one clarifying question, since you mentioned "ZCC" is for servicenow to access data from sources like snowflake - but its bi-directional.  I'm trying to understand if this would also work for our situation which is to have servicenow data available in snowflake?  We don't have plans to make updates to the servicenow data via snowflake - so we don't need it to be bi-directional.  But need servicenow data as a read-only copy via snowflake.  Could you pls confirm this?  thanks much!

It supports bidirectional flow. based on your requirement - configure it from Servicenow to Snowflake ( one direction)

One more thing, assuming ZCC can do what we need, ZCC seems to be saying is available for "limited customers" - do you know if and when this is expected to be GA'd.  thanks much!
