Attempting to start the RPA Desktop Design Studio, but encountering the following error: "Plugin 'Essential Toolkit' could not be downloaded. The remote server returned an error (404) Not Found."

Hi

1. You should have permission to access the following URLs. If you are unable to access them, please whitelist the URLs. 

https://install.service-now.com

https://install.service-now.com/glide/distribution/builds/package/rpa/unpack/

2. On a Windows machine, navigate to Region settings, and in the Regional format section, select 'English (United States)
