"This email is misleading that was sent to requestor who just submitted the request - RITM*****

The request has not been approved and it is not sent to the Fulfillment Group. "

I have attached the workflow below. Workflow is not working fine so it's misleading and also attached the context of mail which is sent to requestor as part of workflow.

@AlluP  , check if there's any notification that is been sent out as part of the workflow or not.

If yes, remove the notification and adjust the workflow according to that.

You need to see what are the trigger conditions for this email, as if condition matches email will trigger.
