Hello everyone,
In ServiceNow RPA, I'm facing an issue when trying to connect the Unattended Robot to my ServiceNow instance.
I can access the instance normally through both the browser and Studio Desktop, but when I try to connect through the Unattended Robot, I get the following error:
"Unable to open connection to the ServiceNow instance due to AMB communication failure."
The most frustrating part is that it was working perfectly just a few hours ago, and suddenly stopped connecting.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what could be causing it?
