I am able to connect Design Desktop Studio and Attended Robot to my instance. But when I tried to connect Unattended Robot to my instance, Its throwing an error "Unable to open a connection to the ServiceNow Instance"
I did download latest Unattended Robot version (10.0.1).
Added necessary roles mentioned in the RPA HUB->Guided Setup.
Any one came across with this issue and able to resolve in recent times?

Hi @AnuroopMeka
Based on the attached screenshot, it seems you are attempting to connect with Basic. Please follow the troubleshooting points below to help resolve the issue:
-
Verify the compatibility of the Plugin and MSI versions.
-
Ensure that the authentication mode for the RPA hub property is set to Basic.
-
Confirm that the user has the Robot role assigned.
-
Check if any proxy is enabled on the robot machine. If so, please add the proxy details and try connecting again.
-
Try connecting with a function user account:
-
Create a test user(Functional user).
-
Assign the Robot role.
-
Open the unattended robot.
-
Select Basic, enter the functional user details, and then connect.
-
If any of the above steps resolve your issue, kindly mark this response as helpful.
Thank you!
