I am able to connect Design Desktop Studio and Attended Robot to my instance. But when I tried to connect Unattended Robot to my instance, Its throwing an error "Unable to open a connection to the ServiceNow Instance"

I did download latest Unattended Robot version (10.0.1).
Added necessary roles mentioned in the RPA HUB->Guided Setup.

Any one came across with this issue and able to resolve in recent times?

Hi @AnuroopMeka

Based on the attached screenshot, it seems you are attempting to connect with Basic. Please follow the troubleshooting points below to help resolve the issue:

  1. Verify the compatibility of the Plugin and MSI versions.

  2. Ensure that the authentication mode for the RPA hub property is set to Basic.

  3. Confirm that the user has the Robot role assigned.

  4. Check if any proxy is enabled on the robot machine. If so, please add the proxy details and try connecting again.

  5. Try connecting with a function user account:

    • Create a test user(Functional user).

    • Assign the Robot role.

    • Open the unattended robot.

    • Select Basic, enter the functional user details, and then connect.

If any of the above steps resolve your issue, kindly mark this response as helpful.

Thank you!
