Hi Team,
I have this below doc for Advanced work assignment but I didn't get that doc ,need more info.
My Scenario is automatically assigned tickets to agent based on availability, location and time zone ,can any one help me how to configured and provide me any related screen shots.

Maybe go through all of the AWA methods, because it seems you need a combination of these, not just the time zone. There are separate articles about location and schedules as well.
