I'm new to servicenow, and I have a challenge to solve. Today every time the project manager makes a change to his cost plan, he needs to click on "Calculate Completion Estimates". The problem is that sometimes he forgets to click on the button, and the ETC and EAC information becomes outdated and our financial reports consequently become outdated as well. I tried calling the ui action through a client script and was unsuccessful. I was wondering if you had any tips for me to solve this problem.
