Hello all,
I just have a simple question, maybe I'm naïve or too defensive in my way of working.
I'm surprised not to find an indicator that SLA-time is running on my side.
In my naïve and simple perception of things the first and most important tool is to have a clear indicator that MY clock is counting down in a ticket.
I see all kind of indicators about percentage of SLA left, but that is not too important to me.
If I can make sure to undertake action ASAP in a ticket when required in the end my result will be good.
Can anyone please indicate how I can configure for example a red // green indicator in my filter views telling me where I need to action.
