Change peoples capacity in resource reports

Hi,

We have a user who works a 4-day week instead of the standard 5 days. How can we reflect this in their calendar? Is it possible to grey out Fridays for this user?

Additionally, the user’s "Weekly Contracted Hours" field is set to 32 hours on their record, but the resource reports are still showing a capacity of 40 hours. How can we adjust the resource report to correctly display 32 hours of capacity instead of 40?

You can make an OPERATIONAL plan for the users/groups affected for 8 hours that sort of indicates that 8 hours of time will be marked as busy of time off for the person.  many companies do this in any case for instance marking 8 hours as meeting times since no person can be assigned Project work for 40 hours a week. This will yeild 32 available hours for those folks. Also if necessary you can make a PART time schedule inspired by 9-5 weekdays but instead 9-5 MON- Thur then in the users records assign them this schedule.
