Configuration: I have created a custom event in Event Configuration under Workforce Optimization Module. I have selected Out of Box Recurring meeting category for that custom event .
Testing: I have impersonated as FSM Dispatcher/WFO planning Admin. Opened Manager Workspace. Navigated to Schedule and then New Button to create a schedule to an engineer with custom event. Upon clicking the Save Button, Agent Schedule is getting created, schedule is visible in the calendar and Info Message " Training is submitted Successfully" is displayed after saving. I need to change the message by changing the training to my custom event name. I am unable to find where that message is configured .
