hiding list for a specific role in Hr agent workspace

How to hide the list (marked) for a specific user role or specific group in HR agent Workspace? list applicabilities didm't work.

Hi @Apaul ,

You can configure roles to these lists from sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list_list.do.

Or by opening workspace -> clicking list I want to edit -> clicking profile picture -> configure page -> List applicabilities

Then just choose which list you are configuring in this workspace 

And select role
