Time off request in manager workspace

When agent request for time off request then it directly reject on request instead of waiting approved or approved.

Hi @Supriya Mane 

 

  • Ensure  if the approver is inactive or active or the group is empty,
  • Set  up valid approver ( check flow and approver logic)
