I’m running into a challenge in WFO for ITSM when creating internal content and was hoping someone in the community has found a good solution.
Right now, when I link a Knowledge Base article, I have to select a specific version. The problem is that once the article gets updated, my internal content still points to the older version and becomes outdated.
Is there a way to reference a KB article dynamically so it always points to the latest published version instead of a fixed one?
Curious how others are handling this. Any best practices or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
