Why the PA Indicators scores are just visible in Global domain, not in any other domain

We are using a CSM , ITSM and WFO in the domain separated environment but the problem is the data for the KPIs is not visible in any other domain then global domain. How we can have those global indicators to be visible for every domain, or atleast to a particular domain where all the Agents belong.
Note - Agent belong to INTERNAL domain and all customers and their respective data belong to their respective account (domain).

I believe they need to be in the TOP domain in order for it to cascade down to the sub domains, I could be wrong tho. Its been a while since I've dealt with Domain Separation.

Hi @Urvershi Anand Someone from product has to hop into your instance to verify the domain separated configuration. Can you please open a case if not already done?
