currently im trying to build up a shift planner but I run into two problems. 1. In the properties an user can only have one shift but with a schedule they get all the shifts in it. So do I have to do a schedule for every shift?
2. Is there a way where I only create my different shifts and every user can assign them on his own?
Hey, I gave the roles in the screenshot to Alberta Alvero (sn_shift_planning_agent aswell) but she cant access to "View shift schedule" in the Service Operations Workspace. Error 403: You do not have permissions. What roles is she missing?
