    5. What s/w to create a map resources to the ServiceNow initially?

    6. You can use autoCAD files, raster files to load floorplans into Studio. Here are some resources:
    7. Which S/W needs to have to create the spatial information?

    8. The campus creation step during configuration allows you add physical address and the outdoor map will center on that location.
    9. Is there Lat/Long information on the Building?

    10. There are no lat/long information, for the spaces to be correctly positioned and at scale you need to make sure the floor plans are at scale to cover the real size of the building outline present on the world map.
    11. Once you import the room data from map studio and sync it with WSD, is that data then live in reservation management?

    12. WSD Data and Indoor mapping data are two parallel data structures. When you do campus to campus mapping, If there is no equivalent resource in WSD a new resource is created which based on configuration made by admin could be marked as non reservable. If a resource exists a reference to indoor mapping location  is created.
