Hi there, we have WSD implemented in our instance. Right now we have use case where our facilities team wants to deactive / decommission one of the buildings as it is no longer occupied by our employees . The Active field seems to be read-only.
How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @Mohammed Unwala,
could you possibly explain what is "WSD", what do you mean "facility" which you want to deactivate?
Who are the users trying that - admins or what role?
Check for the ACLs (security admin is required), as admin you can check Access analyser.

Hello @Mohammed Unwala ,
Can you check if the "Space Management" view is available? There is a field called status (wsd_status) that indicates whether a building is active.
Options: Active, future, retired, temporary
Kind regards,
Arvid

In case if you are not using space management, go directly to the "sn_wsd_core_building" and you can make the building inactive. If it is read only, then you might not have access to the table.
Hope it helps.
