How to enable the "Raise an Issue" button in the Location Directory?

Hi all,

Do you know how to enable the "Raise an Issue" button in the Location Directory?

When we select / click on a Space name in the cad drawing, then it opens a card "horizontal-card__container b r-2x" and the "Raise an Issue" button is not available.

You need to enable the "General Request" catalog item within the WSD catalog.

Thank you for sharing that. I have another question: what if I want to use a different Record Producer instead? Specifically, I’d like the “Raise an Issue” button to point to a new Record Producer rather than the default “General Request.”

My team has created a new Record Producer, and we’d like to use that one for the “Raise an Issue” button. How can we update the button to reference our new Record Producer?
