We are trying to enable functionality in Workplace reservation module to allow rsv manager or admins to be able to modify/cancel any reservations in system, the reservation module is currently in sync with Microsoft exchange online.
- We have already checked, the reservation is initiated from ServiceNow, we understand the reservations initiated from Microsoft will not be available for modification in SN.
- The reservations are done from SN reservation portal, and has edit restriction field as "no restriction".
Still the reservations are not available for modification or cancellation by rsv manager or admin.
Has anyone faced similar issue.
