Solution/Product for pre-lease workflow management

We are evaluating WSD Lease Management, but our users need to track all pre-lease activities before a lease record is created.
This includes site/building identification, negotiations, due diligence, approvals, and document tracking.
Is there any ServiceNow product, plugin, or Store app that supports pre-lease or real-estate pipeline management out of the box?
If not, what is the recommended best practice?
Has anyone implemented a pre-lease workflow that later converts or links to a lease record?
Any real-world implementations or references would be greatly appreciated.

There’s no OOTB ServiceNow product or Store app that supports pre-lease / real-estate pipeline management. WSD Lease Management starts after a lease exists.

The common and recommended approach is:

  • Use a custom “Pre-Lease” or “Real Estate Pipeline” record to track site selection, negotiations, due diligence, approvals, and documents

  • Drive it with Flow Designer

  • Once approved, create or link a Lease record in WSD and carry over key data and attachments

This two-phase model is widely used and aligns well with real-world implementations.
