We are testing out WSD prior to making a purchase of the application and have run into an issue where we select a building but are never presented with any options for type.
Based on the documentation, we have added all the necessary records in the order mentioned:
- Regions
- Sites
- Campuses
- Buildings
- Floors
- Areas
- Spaces
I have validated that the "Active" and "Is reservable" check boxes are checked on all records. I also, as an admin, gave myself all newly installed wsd roles to rule that out as an issue.
Does anyone know why we wouldn't be seeing any of our rooms appearing once we have the building selected?
