For my customer, we implement Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and we have to give end-users the sn_wsd_core.workplace_user, for them to enable the follow-up of their tickets.
The question I have concerns redirections to the portal, using SPEntryPage script include : until now, I was used to redirect end-users based on lack of any role on their profile, that was redirect them to the portal.
Obviously, I can't have this logic with WSD...
I was thinking of testing if the user has ONLY the role sn_wsd_core.workplace_user, and no other one, that should redirect him to the portal.
Or maybe the opposite : if a user doesn't have itil role, or WSD agent, then he is redirected to the portal.
What is the best way of taking care of this need ?
