A few queries around VM have come my way and I’m hoping someone could answer for me?
- Can one visitor registration now cover multiple days? Currently, you have to invite the visitor for each day of their visit.
- Can the calendar invite sent when registering the visitor be switched off? Yes/No
- In the VM workflow, can the visitor information and QR code be inserted into the calendar invite?

1. Refer : Visitor Registration - Multi Day option
You need to change the logic in catalog client script Evaluate Arrival and calculate departure in Visitor record producer.
2. Yes, You can modify the specific Email Notification or Email Template associated with visitor registration in the ServiceNow instance, often found under System Notification > Email > Notifications or by altering the flow in Flow Designer.
OR The invite is part of the sn_wsd_visitor_visitor_registration flow. You can deactivate or customize the notification that includes the icalendar attachment.
