Workspace Reservation not auto-moving to Completed state after the reservation duration ends

Hello Experts ,

I am working with Workspace Reservations and noticed that once the reservation duration is over, the reservation record does not automatically move to the Completed state, nor does it get checked out automatically.

My expectation is:

  • After the reservation end time is reached, the system should auto-transition the state to Completed

  • The reservation should be automatically checked out without manual intervention

However, this is not happening.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or know if there is a configuration, scheduled job, or customization required for this auto-completion behavior? Any guidance or documentation reference would be appreciated.

Hello @Abc 26 ,

 

Reservations are completed at the end of the day or when the reservation is checked out through the "Reservation daily tasks"-scheduled job.

The reservations are currently not updated when a reservation is ended. Improvements are planned to change this behavior in future releases.
