WSD Groups/Role/Persona's Matrix

I'm beginning to look at the Groups/Roles/Personas that are designed into the ServiceNow WSD platform for each application that we are interested in WSD (WSD Core, Lease, Space/Reservation, Case Management, Indoor Mapping, etc…)..  In particular, we are interested in the definition of each application’s Group/Role/Persona, the specific tasks (and related Access Permissions) that apply to each Group/Role/Persona, and how to assign each Group/Role/Persona’s capabilities to the appropriate individual users of the WSD applications across the employees. 

 

As an example, in the WSD Space application, a Space Planner role may be given access to create a Space Scenario.  However, only the Workplace Manager role may be allowed to approve the Space Scenario before it is released to Production.  Along this line, I'm interested if you have a matrix or spreadsheet that lists or itemizes all the essential detail functionalities/tasks included in each of the WSD applications we are deploying and assigns each of those detail tasks to a Group/Role/Persona that has access to – and is responsible for performing - that task.

 

Below please see a table of Roles and Role Definitions we’ve assembled by reviewing your training and other documentation. However, we’re not sure it is complete – or the definitions are detailed enough – to help us understand how to assign Group/Role/Persona access and responsibilities to each of our Team Members.  If you have a matrix or template that is intended to help clients assign the correct Role/Persona to the correct Team member – for the right level of functional access and visibility to the system it would be helpful.
