What is the “Execute Service Item” activity type in Workplace Services → Workplace Service Activity
How does it work, and how do we find the record related to this activity?

The Move Request (sn_wsd_move_case) is showing as “Awaiting Acceptance.” What could be the reasons for this, and how do I accept it so the request moves to “Work in Progress” or “Closed Complete”?

In workplace template configuration, open the record and check if the condition is set to "End user acceptance" to True. 

The requester will be able to accept the move case.
