Complete a store audit from Retail Mobile

  • As a Location Auditor, take your assigned Store Audit Case and Audit Tasks in Retail Mobile, complete the questionnaire, and close the case.

    About this task

    Location Auditors are the only Auditor persona who can fulfill Store Audit work from Retail Mobile—HQ Auditors fulfill exclusively via CSM/FSM Workspace. Generated Store Audit Cases and Audit Tasks are automatically assigned to your team's assignment group; self-assign or ask your Store Audit Manager to assign a specific record before you start.

    Procedure

    1. In Retail Mobile, go to the My Store page and select the Unassigned or Assigned to me stream to find your Store Audit Case.
    2. Open the Store Audit Case.
      If it's unassigned, tap Assign case; if it's already assigned to you, tap Accept to take ownership. A Store Audit Manager can also assign the case to a specific Location Auditor.
    3. On the case, open the Audit tasks tab to see its Audit Tasks.
    4. Open an Audit Task.
      If it's unassigned, tap Assign to me, or tap Assign task to assign it to another Location Auditor.
    5. Tap Take questionnaire, complete it, and submit.
      The Close task button stays hidden until every mandatory questionnaire on the task is complete.
    6. Add any observations in the activity stream, then tap Close task and confirm in the popup.
      Repeat for each remaining Audit Task.
    7. Once every Audit Task is closed, return to the Store Audit Case and tap Close case.

    Result

    The Store Audit Case and its Audit Tasks are fulfilled and closed from Retail Mobile. The Store Audit Manager can review the completed work in CSM/FSM Workspace.
