    • The Conference Call Zoom integration enables you to manage and initiate a Zoom conference call directly from a major security incident.

    Key Features

    • Start and end Zoom meetings directly from any task record such as a major security incident, or a change or even from the major incident workbench.
    • Manage Zoom meetings by adding or removing participants.
    • Track and report meeting details such as meeting duration and attendees for further analysis.

    Prerequisites

    Verify you’ve installed the following Integration Hub plugins on your ServiceNow instance.
    • Notify plugin (com.snc.notify)
    • Zoom Spoke (sn_zoom_spoke)
    • Notify Zoom (sn_notify_zoom)
    • Notify UI Components for Configurable Workspaces
