Create the card vault table in the tokenizer service

As part of the onboarding procedure, you will create a card vault table in the FSO tokenizer service to manage tokenized data for use in Dispute Cases and Dispute Transactions.

For more information on creating a card vault table in the tokenizer service, see Initial steps to setup schema and connections for Card data security (KB2238661).

After the card vault table is created, it will contain the empty table configuration defined in the schema JSON provided in the KB article above.
