General Information Expand All Collapse All When and where will ServiceNow Sales Kickoff 2025 | Partner Kickoff take place? 
ServiceNow Sales Kickoff 2025 | Partner Kickoff will take place at the MGM Grand Las Vegas. It will run throughout Sales Kickoff 2025, commencing with the Partner Kickoff Keynote on Tuesday, January 21, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

How do I register?
To register, use the link provided in your invitation. Please note, there are no cancellation refunds after January 15, 2025.
What’s included?
The purchase of a pass will provide access to almost all Sales Kickoff 2025 | Partner Kickoff events including keynotes, partner breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Tuesday will include a light lunch and dinner. Wednesday will include breakfast and lunch with the evening open for you to plan your own meals and host ServiceNow Sales teams. Thursday includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Which sessions are partners expected to attend?
Participation is mandatory as part of the terms and conditions of your registration and attendance. Partners should plan to attend available keynotes, sessions, and networking opportunities. Except for Wednesday night, partners are prohibited from hosting ancillary activities including, but not limited to, meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions, and parties.
Can we host private events/dinners with ServiceNow sales teams and executives?
Wednesday night has been set aside for you to host private events/dinners with your ServiceNow sales team & executives. We ask that you please refrain from doing anything else outside of that timeframe.
Will partners have the opportunity to meet with ServiceNow Sales teams and executives during SKO24?
Yes. Meetings can be scheduled during meals and breaks in the Meeting Center. More details on how to schedule meetings will be available in the coming weeks.
When will I receive my registration payment receipt? 
Payment receipts will be sent within 2-3 business days of registration. Please contact our team at partnerkickoff@servicenow.com with any questions. 
Travel Planning Expand All Collapse All When should I arrive and depart?
Partners should plan to arrive the morning of Tuesday, January 21 before 11:00 am to be ready for the 1:00 pm Partner Kickoff Keynote. Departures should be planned for Friday, January 24. You won’t want to miss the Final Night Party.
Will there be shuttles between the airport and nearby hotels?
No. Shuttles will not be provided from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to/from the hotels. It will be your responsibility to arrange transportation.
