When and where is Sales Kickoff 2027 | Partner Kickoff?
The event takes place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, January 19–21, 2027 (3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) during Sales Kickoff 2027. It begins with Partner Kickoff on Tuesday, January 19, from 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. and runs through the Final Night Party on Thursday, January 21. Partners should plan to arrive by Tuesday morning and depart on Friday, January 22.
How do I register and what's included with my pass?
Register using the link at the top of the page. Please note that there are no cancellation refunds after January 8. Payment receipts are sent within 2–3 business days. Contact us at partnerkickoff@servicenow.com with questions.
Your pass includes access to nearly all Sales Kickoff 2027 | Partner Kickoff activities including: keynotes, partner breakouts, and networking. The following meals are included:
Tuesday: Welcome Reception dinner
Wednesday: breakfast & lunch (dinner on your own/with sales teams)
Thursday: breakfast, lunch, & dinner
Which sessions should partners attend, and can we host our own events?
Your registration includes attendance at keynotes, sessions, and networking across the week—the agenda is built so your time is spent where it has the most impact. Wednesday evening is reserved for partner-hosted events and dinners with ServiceNow sales teams and executives. Outside this window, please refrain from planning or hosting additional activities.
Will there be opportunities to meet with ServiceNow sales teams and executives?
Yes. You'll be able to connect with sales teams and executives during meals and breaks, in the Meeting Center, and in the Sellers Hub. We're building additional ways to facilitate partner and seller connections ahead of the event and will share more details soon.
How should I plan my travel and hotel stay?
Hotels: We're excited to offer partners an on-site room block at Mandalay Bay and The W this year. Space is limited—register early, and you'll receive a link to book your room through the block. Additional recommended properties include MGM Grand, Park MGM, New York-New York, NoMad Las Vegas, ARIA Resort & Casino, and Vdara Hotel & Spa.
Transportation: Shuttles are not provided between Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and hotels; partners must arrange their own air travel and transportation.
Note: The deadline to book with the hotel block is December 18, 2026.
