Badge Pick-Up

Pick up your badge at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in the Bayside Foyer, Level 1. You can also pick up your badge on Monday and Tuesday at the Bayside Foyer. Your event badge must be worn at all times for access to SKO26 sessions and activities. Don't forget to bring a form of government-issued photo ID.

Mobile App for SKO26

Using your mobile device, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for an optimal event experience.

Here are some key tips for using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Once you enter the code, you can use the app to see your personal agenda, view maps, and get updates.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up for a more efficient experience.

3. Click “Networking” on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

Internet access

Connect your mobile devices to the conference Wi-Fi to avoid excessive data charges while attending SKO26. The Wi-Fi information can also be found on your badge.

Meeting attire

Plan to wear business casual attire. January in Las Vegas averages highs around 59°F (15°C) and lows near 39°F (4°C), but temperatures can shift quickly. The conference center often runs cool, so pack warm layers. And wear comfortable shoes—you’ll be walking a lot!

Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle to SKO. Water hydration refill stations are located throughout the venue with compostable cups. Thank you for helping us reduce waste.

How to attend

The Sellers Hub is available and encouraged for ALL attendees. You’ll find the hub centrally located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Shoreline Exhibit Hall & Oceanside Ballroom, among networking zones, the Partner Brilliance Bar, ServiceNow University, and meals.

You can also join us for Spotlight Stage Mini Sessions, which are lightning-fast sessions on deal wins, executive briefing center mastery, partner plays, solutions and more, all curated to fuel your 2026 success.

You’ll be able to attend Tuesday – Thursday outside of your sessions and can locate specific hub highlights in the mobile app. Check out your agenda for more details regarding these mini sessions!

The use of video or photography is prohibited during all keynotes and breakout presentations.

If you haven’t selected your breakout sessions yet, head to the SKO | PKO website. Click Sessions Catalog in the navigation bar and follow the directions provided. Don’t forget to select your preferred Partner Breakout Sessions for Tuesday afternoon and Selling Solutions Sessions for Thursday afternoon.

Social Activities Expand All Collapse All Welcome Reception

It’s an event like no other! Join your colleagues and the ServiceNow Global Team for an evening of drinks, dinner, networking, and fun from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. We’ll gather in the Sellers Hub. Don’t forget to wear your SKO26 | PKO badge. We’ll see you there!

Celebrate with our Global Team with a hosted reception of your choosing. Host our sellers for a night of connecting and networking.

Final Night Celebration and Concert

Thursday night's festivities kick off with food and fun at our final night celebration from 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. Enjoy some great food and conversation at Michelob Ultra Arena before an incredible night of music. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the concert begins at 8:00 p.m. Badges are required for entry.

Giving back with ServiceNow Global Impact

Donate to World Central Kitchen and help us provide 20,000 meals to people in need. Visit the Sellers Hub Tuesday-Thursday in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and find the donation QR codes to participate!

- Protect customer information: Not all ServiceNow customers have approved the public disclosure of their use cases. Treat any customer details in presentations as confidential—do not share publicly, over social channels, or in marketing collateral. 

- Proceed with caution on social media: Refrain from sharing sensitive company information and use discretion when posting photos or updates. Video and photography are not allowed during keynote or breakout sessions.

Here are a few ways that Mandalay Bay is committed to sustainability for SKO26 and Las Vegas:

Plastic: The venue is reducing plastics through reusable and fiber-based packaging. The paper cups near the water stations are also compostable and sorted by the hotel.
Food donations: Unserved food is safely donated to the food insecure, and additional food is provided to local farms and composting facilities.
Water conservation: Innovative water recycling, water efficient guest operations, and modern equipment that reduces water waste.
