ATF Issue - Client Error

Tester A is experiencing an Error in ATF Test Step 'Click UI Action'

-Tester A and Tester B have the same role.
-Tester A encountered error while tester B was able to finish the ATF successfully
-Tester A was able to do the test scripts manually with no issues.
-I impersonated both tester and don't see any difference in terms of form view or preference settings
-I already added the error in the ignore/warning list but same error still occur and Tester A still encountered an error running the ATF

Error Messages:

 1.  This step failed because the client error 'NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load

2.  This step failed because the client error 'TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'dispatchEvent')

could be browser related issue when ATF runs

Add that error to ignore list and try running again
