Instead of instancename@service-now.com can we change the from address basis on the customer we are replying to?

Check this KB : KB0823655:How to change From - address of email
Need to change the From address of the instance and the respective label.
ServiceNow SMTP account has an email address which needs to be changed, in order to reflect the change of email address.
"Email User label" field can be edited to change the display name of the From - address.
From address used in either notifications or any inbound actions also needs to be altered accordingly.
